Level one –Practice resource:This practice resource contains 44 practices that  you can use to help structure and plan effective  coaching sessions.

The practices are themed to develop the key “core” techniques that are required to play footballeffectively and broken down into the following categories:

Fun Warm Up Games x 11

Skill Development  x 11

Opposed Skill Development x 11

Small Sided Games x 11

Also included are 8 full Session Plans to demonstrate how you can take a practice from each of thefour categories above and design a full 60 minute training session.
